Terms and Conditions
- Referral rewards. Your tier rate applies to the Net Trading Fees paid by each eligible direct referral during their first 12 months on Thalex.
- Tier volume. Your tier is determined by the trading volume generated by your direct referrals, based on the tiers above.
- Net Trading Fees. Net Trading Fees exclude the 0.2-basis-point clearing fee, settlement and liquidation fees.
- Payments. Referral rewards are calculated automatically and paid in USDt at daily settlement.
- Referral limit. Each customer may refer up to 50 traders through the standard referral program.
- Market integrity. Trades that breach Thalex’s market-abuse rules do not qualify. Thalex may reverse non-compliant trades, fees, and any related referral rewards already paid.
- Governing terms. The Thalex Terms of Use and Rulebook apply. Thalex has sole discretion to interpret the program and determine eligibility.
