Thalex's Referral Program!

Get up to 10% fee share for introducing Thalex to your trading community.

Terms and Conditions apply.

For each friend you bring to Thalex:

  • You get 10% of the net trading fees generated by your friend in their first 12 months at Thalex
  • Payout of net trading fee share happens on a daily basis
  • Get your referral code directly from your account page

Your friends also get all the benefits of trading on Thalex:

  • Write your own algos using our API. You’re in control!
  • One multi-collateral asset pool to trade BTC and ETH on margin
  • When trading, you automatically participate in our $500,000 USDt per month incentive programs, rewarding both limit and market orders


Terms & Conditions

1. Reward

You will be rewarded 10% of net trading fees directly to your trading account, based on the trading fees paid by your referee in their first 12 months in Thalex.

2. Net Trading Fees

With Net Trading Fees, we mean the fees paid when a trade is executed on Thalex, as specified on our Fees page.

Net Trading Fees exclude the Clearing Fee, which is currently at 0.2bps. This also excludes other fees such a Settlement and Liquidation fees.

3. Payment Terms

Rewards shall be paid automatically in USDt on a daily basis, at settlement time.

4. Market Abuse

Referrers and referrals are subject to market abuse rules, meaning that Thalex may, as per the Rulebook, reverse any trades and fees that are not compliant with our rulebook, which could imply deducting the corresponding fees, even if they are paid.

5. Duration

Thalex will share net trading fees for 12 months after the referrals are correctly onboarded, irrespective of trading times. However, Thalex reserves the right to stop making payments in the event of any material change in circumstances, change in program, or change in applicable regulation.

6. Referral Limit

Our referral program is limited to 50 referrals per customer. If you believe you can refer more than 50 other customers, please contact our support team to potentially become a thalex ambassador.

7. Application of Terms

The rulebook and terms of use shall continue to apply to the Accounts of both referrers and referrals, and Thalex shall remain the sole interpreter of these Terms & Conditions.
